Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds must be accompanied by register receipt and will be in the same method as paid. Cash refunds over $100.00 will be issued in the form a store check.

We will offer store credit after 7 days and before 30 days. Store credit is valid for one year of issue.

Shoes: 7 Day return or exchange only. Must not be worn, dirty, or marked in any way.

There are no returns on:

• special orders, custom work or repairs
• specific products as noted in their product information
• merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, discontinued, or that we cannot re-sell
• Clothing Items that have an odor or animal hair
• Books, Sale Items, Custom or Special Orders, Lay-away, Earrings, Body Jewelry, Gift Certificates, Seed Beads, Broken Strands, Pearl strands, Pre-counted packaged beads, Classes and Labor, Clearance Items, or Special Priced Items, Cording, Wire, Adhesive, Tools, Mail and Internet Orders
• Pre-Counted or bagged inventory, Items with broken or opened packaging – because we cannot repackage
• Items on register receipt with an “XX” after product description.
