Refund and exchange Policy
GBI reserves the right to amend the Refund Policy at any time and deny any returns or exchanges.

Most items are final sale.

5 day exchange policy (see exclusion list below) – Original Register receipt required for all exchange requests. Will be in the same method as paid. CC or DD card returns under $10.00 will be refunded as cash. Cash refunds over $100.00 will be issued in the form a store check. Store credit after 5 days and before 21 days. Store credit is valid 90 days from date of original receipt. All of the above includes purchase date.

There are no returns or exchanges on: Items on register receipt with an “XX” after product description may not be returned or exchanged.  They include: Special orders, custom design or repairs, specific products as listed below. Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, discontinued, or that we cannot re-sell. Clothing Items that have an odor or animal hair. Books, Sale Items, Earrings, Body Jewelry, Gift Certificates, Seed Beads, Broken Strands, bagged findings and bagged beads, Pearl strands, Classes and Labor, Clearance, Reduced or Special Priced Items, Don’Kay and Bulldog Designs, Treasures, Old World and Antique Items. Cording, Wire, Adhesive, Tools, Mail and Internet Orders Pre-Counted or bagged inventory, Items with broken or opened packaging.  Gold and Silver items, jewelry, beads and findings.  Elegant Elements clasps and findings  Loose or packaged crystal beads, packages and strands. This policy applies to in-store purchases or purchases via our website.

Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates issued prior to 01-01-08 are expired, and not honored.
